Caesars Applauded for Offering Good Pay and Benefits

Caesars Entertainment, in tandem with its namesake casino on the Las Vegas Strip, Caesars Palace, is known for a great many things. For one, Caesars Palace is one of the celebrated and greatly prized mid-century casinos still to survive on Las Vegas Boulevard, which just in itself is a major achievement considering only a handful have escaped the lure of the wrecking ball.

It is also currently one of the largest casinos on the Strip, with its impressive neo-classical architecture dominating the streetscape. Inside are some of the most highly regarded restaurants in town not to mention some of the most tony high-end retail to be found in Las Vegas.

So, everyone already knows that Caesars provides excellent places to relax, gamble, and shop. But as it so happens, Caesars is providing an excellent workplace for its 70,000 worldwide employees, as well, having been named the fourth best large company to work for. In Las Vegas, the company employs some 32,600 workers.

Among the reasons the company ranked so well is their internal corporate culture, with most managers at all levels utilizing an “open door policy” which enables employees to feel comfortable expressing ideas and opinions. Employees repeatedly have said that they feel their ideas are heard and that the company’s vision is well-communicated.

If Las Vegas is a city that is often noted for its commitment to across-the-board excellent customer service, there is a reason: companies like Caesars reward employees for providing top-notch service with pay incentives and bonuses.

Said one employee, “I have the ability to make a difference in the lives of others and create unforgettable experiences for our hotel guests. It’s the best resort and greatest management that I have ever had the pleasure of working for.”

At Caesars properties, whether it be on the casino floor or in food service or housekeeping, employees are organized into teams, which helps the staff to feel encouraged and motivated.

“Everyone works well together to give great customer service and help each other out when needed,” one employee was quoted as saying.

Caesars maintains premier properties around the United States and beyond. While it may be best-known for its Nevada casinos, it also has properties in New Jersey and Ohio.

In addition to being cited for exceptional treatment of employees, Caesars’ commitment to a greener future helped it to land its fourth-place slot on the list. Working to benefit an organization called Clean the World, Caesars has contributed over 43,000 pounds of bottled cleaners like shampoo in addition to 61,000 pounds of bar soap to those in need who lack ready access to such items.
